Hey, thank you. Yes, you should start by simply doing sun salutations in the morning. There are two variations, A & B. Do 5 of the A version and 3 of the B version. It may take you about 15 minutes and you will break a sweat and start building strength. Plus every move you do, you’re also inhaling or exhaling in synch, which is a form of meditation and will help you understand your mind better.
